ToQuyen Doan, Development Director, Grants and Donor Engagement

ToQuyen Doan is the Development Director of Grants and Donor Engagement at RAINN, where she manages the entire grant lifecycle, from soliciting funding opportunities to writing and submitting final grants and proposals to help sustain and grow RAINN’s operating budget to support survivors of sexual violence.

Before joining RAINN, Doan served as business development coordinator at American Institutes for Research (AIR) where she worked on multimillion-dollar federal proposals and contracts with the Department of Education. Prior to that, Doan was the grants manager at For Love of Children, a nonprofit in DC serving low-income children and youth. Doan also served in the Peace Corps from 2013-2015 as a rural community development specialist and educator. During her Peace Corps service, she worked on numerous educational and community development projects, and is the founder of the Goght Community Resource Center, funded through a grant in partnership with USAID and SPA.

Doan holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Temple University and an MA in International Development and Social Change from Clark University.
