Consulting Services Internship

The Consulting Services Intern will support RAINN's CSBD department in its work with organizations seeking to improve their prevention and response to sexual misconduct. The Consulting Services Intern will assist in the review of research, development of best practices, and evaluation of specific client programs.

This is a remote, unpaid position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

The Consulting Services Intern will work closely with the Director of Consulting Services, the Vice President, and other members of the department to provide support in the following areas:

  • Conducting research in prevention and response efforts (i.e., statutes and regulatory law, medical and mental health support for victims, and programmatic strategies)
  • Supporting business development by researching potential clients, sectors, and industries
  • Providing editing and content review
  • Developing graphics and visual presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Drafting proposals and outreach materials

  • Aptitude to deliver in accordance with project timelines
  • Capability to successfully complete a criminal background check administered by RAINN

Desired Education: 

  • At least one completed year at an institution of higher education
