Chelsea Bowers, development director, eastern region

 

Chelsea Bowers is the development director at RAINN, where she focuses on major donor recruitment, engagement, and stewardship in the eastern region of the United States.

Bowers has been a member of RAINN’s development team for 13 years, where she’s served in various fundraising roles. In her current role, she partners with RAINN’s supporters to ensure vital programs and services to support survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones are fully funded.

Bowers is a reading tutor for an adult learner through Literacy Volunteers and Advocates in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Tulane University with a BA in Sociology and a concentration in Women’s Studies. Bowers is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
