While all 50 states have adopted stalking laws, the legal definition of stalking varies from state to state, and some states' definition of stalking is quite narrow.
RAINN supports providing resources for victims, including funding under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP), and Victims of Crime Act (VOCA).
