United We Serve
United We Serve was created after President Obama signed the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act, a “bold expansion of opportunities” for all Americans to serve their communities and our country. The program's partner site, serve.gov, provides a free service that makes it easy for interested individuals to find a volunteer opportunity simply by specifying their zip code or area of interest. RAINN has partnered with United We Serve to promote the ideals of community service and volunteerism.
